South Eastern Europe`s leading BPO and Contact Centre outsourcing company 60K and one of their major clients BE (part of Telefonica O2 in the UK) recently signed a contract for 60K to provide another 3 years of technical and customer service support for BE’s UK customers.

Building a truly valuable partnership is not an easy achievement and both companies have been working together for several years to share their values, goals and best practices to forge the perfect business relationship.
