Aliena Consult Law Office was established in 1995.

Aliena’s team of young and enthusiastic lawyers soon managed to prove their capacity in providing consultancy to Bulgarian and international clients mainly in the areas of commercial and company law, investments and privatisation. In 1999 and in 2001 new partners joined in. The law office expanded its operations and specialised in some new branches of law, including credit deals and financial transactions, real estates, labor and social security law, taxation, intellectual property, etc.

Today Aliena Consult ranks amongst the most dynamically developing law offices. The team comprises fifteen lawyers and twenty paralegals. Communication is offered in Bulgarian, English, German, French, Italian and Russian. Aliena Consult operates in partnership with lawyers and consultants across many Bulgarian towns, as well as with some leading law firms in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Greece.

There are Bulgarian, foreign and multinational companies featuring on the list of its clients. These include some of the most significant investors in Bulgaria, which have enjoyed the support Aliena Consult rendered to all facets of their business over the last 5 years.

Mrs. Tania Bouzeva, Attorney at Law, is the founder and Senior partner in Aliena Consult. She is a lecturer at the Law Faculty of Sofia University Kliment Ohridski. She is also a member of the Consultative Council on Legislation to the Chairman of the 39 Parliament Assembly (2001-2005), a member of the Council for Legal and Political Analyses under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria (2005-2009) and an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since 1996 Mrs. Bouzeva has been actively involved in the process of harmonizing of Bulgarian law with the acquis communautaire in the area of commercial and company law, participating in the preparation of all substantial amendments in the Bulgarian Commerce Act since 1997.
