Company overview:
The factory has been established in 2003 for the preparation, production and finishing of furniture from solid timber, chipboard panels and other materials, as well as finishing of the ready items. The technological process encompasses the following: storage, machine processing of details from solid timber, machine processing of laminated or veneered boards, assembling section, inspection, staining and lacquering, final assembly and packaging.
All technological processes in the factory meet the European standards; the machines are new, last‐generation, in compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations, acquired in the period 2003 – 2007. The machines and equipment utilized in the technological process are mainly: dry kilns, spray booths, compressors, cutting machines, band‐belt‐saw, grinding machines for drawers, multifunctional centre for wood‐processing, edge binder, punching press, motor knife and many other instruments, accessories and machines engaged in the production process. All machines are new with high productivity, made in Great Britain and Italy.
